Why I build alone with an AI pair

I ship products alone. Not because I dislike teams, but because in 2026 a single person with a good workflow and a capable model can research, plan, build, review and ship in a day.

This blog is where I write down what I learn doing that: the tooling, the failures, the small process rules that keep an AI-assisted codebase from turning into mud.
